Working @ Packet One

Today was my first day at Packet Hub (the whole building is known as Packet Hub) and I'm employed under Packet One. It's a bit confusing though and I'm still unsure of what is the main difference. The only thing they stressed during orientation was Packet One was a solution pillar while Green Packet is a service and solution pillar. Argh~~ duh. There will be 2 full days of orientation and today's orientation was full of fun playing games. First we introduce ourselves based on the template hahaha...funny hor..like we need to tell our name, current role in the company, one word to describe yourself, what makes you join GP/P1 and also what are your strength that you could bring to the company. After that there are some speech and introduction given by the General Manager of Sales and also the COO then followed by representatives from different departments.
The fun part of the caterpillar games where each team (teams formed accordingly to the table seats) where we need to put a balloon in between of two person and no hands can touch on the balloons. We need to form a connected line in between each team member then collect the "food" which is coloured paper that the speaker thrown on the floor. Our team required to collect the pink "food". Not long after that, our team a.k.a team 2 needs to combine with team 4 then the 4 teams to combine together. It was a long long caterpillar. HAHAHAHA...
The second game was to get everyone standing in a circle then start asking questions. This is to boost up our ability to ask questions. When the someone asked you a question, you don't need to answer it but instead ask someone else another question. You're not allowed to ask the person the same question. No hesitation is allowed. This is is super fun and exciting. Some questions such as "Are you crazy?", "What's your mum's name?", "Do you think she's hot?", "You wanna go out together?", "Am I pretty?" and etc are some of those questions which burst out numerous laughter.
End of tomorrow's orientation, each team will need to present a performance for 5 minutes on the values that we have picked today. We picked "RELIABLE" and our play was about reliable durex where with durex, 100% no sperms are able to get in touch with the eggs. LOLX. Hope it's gonna be fun.

Tomorrow is my reporting day at Packet One. A bit ken cheong pulak and dunno izzit because long time didn't work, I felt super tired wor. Hope this is gonna work out fine and I'm comfortable with it. Since I'm gonna have a working life again, guess I need to sleep early. Nites.

Panasonic 50" Plasma TV

After so long and I can hardly recall how long it is, today hubby brought me to check out new TV. We went to TBM @ Old Klang Road and after a long explanation from the sales person, we decided to buy Plasma TV instead of the new LED TV. LCD was not recommended as LED is replacing LCD and soon to be phased off. We bought a Panasonic 50" Plasma TV and I couldn't believe that hubby would decide on the spot and to my even bigger surprise at the size of the TV. Lolz! But I'm so so excited and happy with my super BIG TV. TBM has very good and efficient service. Just few 3 hours after my purchase, the staffs came to install my TV at no cost. Happy!!! I asked hubby when only buy today, izzit because he afraid that I wouldn't look for a job if he bought me this TV earlier (psst..I'm going to start my new work tomorrow). LOLZ

90% Spots Gone

Referring to the earlier post I've blogged on, my beautician finally came back from Korea after a long waited period for me. Though after my DIY medication, it reduces the swelling and also reddish spots but spots are still there. Thus I wanted to let my beautician to have a look at my skin. She examined my skin and said as at now, she can't do extraction, facial and anything with my face. She could only help me to do a cooling mask to cool off those sensitivity in my skin. She gave me a mask and also a cream to apply on my mask and she said it will work in 1 use or most 2 use. I kinda shocked me, I mean takkan so easy meh?? Whatever it is, I tried using it as instructed by her and this morning I woke up, to my surprise the bintik bintik really all gone. No more spots at all. WAH WAH WAH!!! Tak percaya kan?? But it's real and I even asked hubby to check it out. *happy*happy* I think I'm gonna apply it again tonight then my skin should be back to normal again. Then next week, can go to do facial as normal already. Yahoo!! In case, anyone of you are interested in which facial centre I went to, I can shared you my beautician address.

One Saturday Morning

Hubby needs to go for a meeting in the morning so he brought me out for breakfast first before heading to office. We went to D'Rich at Kuchai Lama for my favourite Ipoh Kuey Teow soup with chicken. Nothing special about it though but I just like the soy taste of the chicken! Lolx. After breakfast, hubby fetched me home and said will be back around 2pm then will bring me to shopping. Hehehe...he must have know I would be mad cos he's working on a Saturday thus cepat cepat tell me that will bring me to shopping after meeting. ♥♥☺♥♥

Häagen-Dazs Moon Cakes

Bought 5 pieces of Häagen-Dazs moon cakes today. Each pieces cost RM23 but if you're buying 5 pieces it is RM100 for 5, which is RM20 each instead of RM23. They have a total of 6 flavours but I didn't buy all of them as some of it are coffee flavour which not many of them in the family adore coffee.

I ate one before remembering to snap a photo of it

Eliner @ Empro

During my 2nd visit for eye brow laser, I've signed up the package for Eliner which is having promotion now. They are having a 20% discount on original price RM320 for upper and lower eyeliner respectively. I have actually made an appointment for this Eliner on 14th August but my backside was itchy today thus I called to change it to today.

It took me roughly 2.5 to 3 hours for the whole process. As I'm doing both upper and lower, the Empro staff said they are gonna do the lower part first. Again, same process as removing the eye brow, to apply aesthetic for 15-20 minutes then the eye lid embroidery can start anytime. The sound of the machine they used was so loud and scary! The girl who did my embroidery suggested me to put on my headphones if any and maximise the volume of my MP3. So I tried and it kinda worked. It is not so painful as what I heard from other girls who did it before but it's much of a ticklish feel. After my 3 hours of embroidery, this is how I looked like. My face is so black because of the eye liner colour they embroidered on my eye lid. The colour kinda "jumps" all over my face. Dunno how to describe it ler..

The girl mentioned that eye lid embroidery also the same as eye brow embroidery, can't wet the areas for 3 days as afraid that colour may fade off easily. Also, need to apply the cream provided for 3 consecutive days.

After 2nd laser before Eliner

After Eliner, can you see any difference?

How Parents Failed!

At the local firing range, in a sandwich, stuck to a wall with tape... these are not the kinds of places you'd expect to find a baby. But as the incredible - and disturbing - photos below show, some parents think nothing of popping their loved one in the microwave or giving them a Hitler doll to play with. Guaranteed to give social workers nightmares, the images are taken from new website ParentFails.com, which aims to chronicle 'all the funny moments when parenting goes horribly, and hilariously, wrong'.

Pay attention, darling: When it comes to self-defence, this mother believes in starting young

Yum! Dad's feeling peckish... time for a midnight snack

X-rayed: Airport security checks are getting out of hand

Give us a hug: Baby snuggles up with the beloved family... python

Baby looks shocked at his dad's choice of reading material

One worryingly common theme sees babies snapped in the place of food: whether nestling in an enormous sandwich or providing the centrepiece to a traditional Indian meal. And babies are also shown getting up close and personal with the family pets - even when that pet is an enormous snake. The photos evoke memories of celebrity parenting blunders, like Britney Spears driving with her son on her lap, or Michael Jackson dangling his daughter over a hotel balcony. But these parents probably see the funny side: photos are submitted by the public, and most were probably sent in by the parents themselves. Whether the children will find it quite so amusing when they stumble across old photo albums in years to come is another matter.

Micro-babe: This poor tot was starting to feel the heat

Hanging around: This toddler's parents have invented some innovative child-care techniques

Sinister: This child seems devoted to her Hitler doll

No child left behind: One father tries out a daring new method of transport

Get stuck in: At least this tot has company to help her through this hair-raising experience

Thrifty: This mum presumably couldn't find £1 for a trolley

Big spender: This tot is already living the high life in a Ferrari

Squeaky-clean: These kids were looking for the jacuzzi experience

How's the reception? A TV star in the making

New parents can be reluctant to let their baby out of their sight - even for a minute
