Today is my first day reporting to the new company Theta SP Sdn Bhd. It is located at Plaza Damas, Sri Hartamas. It's a small company with about 40+ in total and as TSP is occupying 2 floors - 1st and 2nd floor. First floor is for HR / Admin / Accounts and Management while the second floor is for all other staffs. Similar to SSSB, TSP is also project based company. Thus some of their staffs are based in the client's site thus one small floor could fit all of us for now. Click here for TSP official website.
Most of the staffs here speak mandarin and staffs are allowed to wear casual as long as they are based in the office. Formal wear is required if staff is at client's site. I don't know why but casual wear kinda gives you less pressure in work. Haha..isn't that just an excuse?!
I hope I will grow to love the environment, people and company more. Till then, pray hard!
